FAME Artists Divine, Alex Agustin, and Chelle are now co-managed by Viva Artists Management. Last Tuesday, July 19, 2022, marked the official alliance of FAME or Firestarters Artist Management and Entertainment with Viva Artist Management as FAME artists Divine, Alex Agustin, and Chelle Mariveles signed a co-management contract with the mogul agency. The three artists are excited and happy to be part of Viva.
For the next five years, actresses Divine and Alex Agustin are slated to have films, TV, and digital participation alongside events and other projects connected to Viva. Chelle Mariveles, who is a singer and songwriter, will be launched as a Viva Music artist.
Divine, already a staple name in GMA 7, a true Kapuso, expects to grow some more as an actress and as a comedienne. “I am ready for more mature roles!” she jokingly captioned in her Instagram post, but quips, “Alam ko mas mag-go-grow ako bilang artista sa journey na ibibigay sa akin ng Viva dahil diverse and hindi common ang mga projects nila!” Divine is well-known as Devine in the hit comedy series, Dear Uge among many teleseryes in GMA 7. She was recently seen in the Kapuso network’s hit series, The Legal Wife and First Lady.
Alex Agustin, a showbiz royalty and daughter to the late Arturo ‘Boy’ San Agustin, a director of Philippines movies produced by Viva Films back in the 80s, is doubly excited because she knows that her dreams of becoming a great actress are just around the corner. Alex just wrapped up a Joel Lamangan film called Walker which will soon be released internationally. A few years ago, Alex was also part of the MMFF film Kabisera.
Singer and songwriter Chelle Mariveles was a The Clash hopeful who finished as a semi-finalist in 2020. Before that, she sang in hotels and small venues but recently she created a name for herself in the number one live streaming application KUMU and was hailed as one of its newest stars. Upon signing a co-management contract with Viva, Chelle knew that she is on the right track. Her dream of letting the world hear her own music is just a song away.
